The Assistant Merchandiser will assist in the coordination of export operations, ensuring that orders are processed smoothly and in compliance with international standards. This role involves close collaboration with production, quality control, and packaging departments to ensure customer requirements are met, and all export procedures are followed.

Qualification: Fresh Graduates (preferably in pharmacy, nutrition, chemistry or relevant fields)

Experience: Fresh/1-2 years of relevant experience in merchandising or export operations

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of export operations as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) within production.
  • Ensure export orders align with customer standards in terms of production quality, control, and packaging.
  • Monitor the progress of export orders, identifying and resolving any challenges that arise during the process.
  • Ensure all products are properly labeled, and packaging complies with the necessary guidelines for international shipments.
  • Assist in performing quality checks at various stages of the export process to uphold high-quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed final inspection reports after conducting thorough inspections of export orders.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and address challenges effectively during the export process.
  • Familiarity with export documentation and international shipping standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of export management software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of export shipment procedures and regulations is a valuable asset.
