Sales & Revenue:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive footfall and conversions.
  • Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Motivate and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Schedule and manage staff performance, appraisals, and disciplinary actions if necessary
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards.
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar leadership role (3–5 years preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a sales-driven attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
