About the Role

We're hiring a Creative Marketing Specialist; a mix of graphic design mastery, video editing skills, and marketing automation know-how — to join the marketing team of a fast-growing Tax & Finance Coaching & Consulting business in the US.

This role is ideal for someone who's both creative and technical: you love designing beautiful visuals, editing compelling videos, and turning them into high-performing marketing campaigns that attract leads, nurture clients, and grow revenue.

You'll manage everything from campaign design to automation; working inside GoHighLevel (GHL) to create emails, funnels, workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Visual Content

• Design engaging graphics, ads, banners, and social media visuals for marketing campaigns.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar tools).
• Create motion graphics, video transitions, and animated explainer clips for social media and ads.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials, presentations, and campaigns.

Marketing Automation & Campaigns

• Set up and manage email, SMS, and funnel campaigns using GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Build, test, and optimize marketing automations and drip workflows for lead generation and client nurturing.
• Design and manage landing pages and funnels (copy, design, layout) inside GHL or similar tools.
• Analyze campaign data, open rates, and conversion results to recommend improvements.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

• Collaborate with the founder to create lead magnets, email sequences, and promotional content.
• Coordinate ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Optimize visual content for higher engagement, click-through, and conversion.
• Manage marketing calendars, assets, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and marketing.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL) — including workflows, campaigns, automations, and funnel building.
• Understanding of email & SMS marketing best practices, including A/B testing and segmentation.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and modern design principles.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven — able to handle projects end-to-end.

Bonus Skills

• Experience creating social media video ads or reels for finance, consulting, or coaching brands.
• Knowledge of copywriting or marketing psychology.
• Familiarity with Zapier, Canva, or AI design tools like Runway, Pika, or Midjourney.
• Ability to repurpose long-form videos (podcasts, webinars) into short, engaging clips for social platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary (based on skill and creative portfolio) Ranging from 100k to 150k PKR per month + Performance Based Bonuses.
