About the Creatives Specialist position

We are looking for a Creatives Specialist who will be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including Amazon illustrations, layouts, and images and copywriting. Your duties will include working closely with other departments doing graphic and 3D designs.

We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design.

What we expect from you

  • Studies and conceptualize visuals and design briefs based on requirement
  • Creates a wide range of graphics and layouts using photoshop
  • Edits designs after feedback
  • Reviews final layouts and suggests improvements when necessary.
  • Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Work closely with the other departments to present a final output that matches the company's vision
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management

What we're looking for

  • Must have atleast 3+ years of experience as Creatives Specialist or any similar role
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
  • Experience in Amazon graphic designing (must have)
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
  • Preferably with 3D Graphics experience
  • E-commerce graphic design experience
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Experience in Adobe After-effects, Illustrator, etc.
  • Experience in Copywriting
  • Experience in Explainer videos animation (optional)
  • Keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace
