Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telephone Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products or services, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and sales records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tele Sales Officer / Telemarketer / Sales Representative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Fluent in [English/Urdu – depending on your region or company needs].
