Telesales Representative

We are looking for presentable and confident candidates for the position of Telesales Representative. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting company products or services, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Explain product details, benefits, and pricing in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Handle objections and provide effective solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous telesales or customer service experience (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable personality with a confident and polite telephone manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu.
