Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a
Social Media Manager
at BitBop. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The role involves content creation, performance analysis, community engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to align with broader marketing goals. This position is based in Islamabad, with some flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage daily content planning, posting, and scheduling across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for cohesive brand messaging.
  • Monitor, engage with, and grow online communities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and create monthly social media reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Coordinate campaigns to support lead generation and brand building.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Creative thinking and strong visual sense.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Bachelor's degree.
