Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops for supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, warehousing, production and maintenance
  • Own the solution design for supply chain areas and ensure alignment with overall architecture and best practice
  • Configure Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations supply chain modules in line with agreed designs
  • Design and document end to end process flows covering planning, purchasing, inbound, storage, production, outbound and returns
  • Configure and optimise inventory and warehouse management including locations, tracking, reservations and mobile workflows
  • Lead design and configuration of production processes such as BOMs, routings, production orders and shop floor execution
  • Work with maintenance and asset management teams to align spare parts, work orders and warehouse processes
  • Prepare and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks and test scripts
  • Support and guide data migration for supply chain related masters and open transactions
  • Lead user training, support user acceptance testing and provide go live support

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Senior Supply Chain Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or AX projects
  • Strong understanding of end to end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics and planning
  • Deep practical experience with production processes such as BOMs, routings, production orders and shop floor execution
  • Experience with maintenance or asset management processes and their interaction with inventory and warehousing
  • Hands on configuration experience in inventory and warehouse management including advanced warehouse features
  • Good understanding of supply chain data structures and data migration in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Confident leading workshops, explaining solution options to stakeholders and delivering training sessions
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear functional designs and process descriptions
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally when required

Desirable

  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Power Platform such as Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience with integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems

Salary
: Rs 300,000 to Rs 400,000
