Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CSR Specialist located in Lahore. The CSR Specialist will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The CSR Specialist will engage with customers via various communication channels, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing and ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
