Office Timing ( Morning) 10AM to 7PM

We offer ( Basic Salary+Commission+TA DA)

Handsome amount of commission on sales,

No Limit on commission earning.

Sales Target to achieve

  • High school degree / Graduation in Preferred
  • Call Center / Sales Experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening (in English only)

Responsibilities

  • Manage amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, address every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Requirements and skills

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening (in English)
  • Previous experience in a customer support role or Sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contract, Commission

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs25, Rs40,000.00 per month
