We are seeking a professional and friendly female receptionist to join our team at Aptech Metro Stargate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors (Required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Punctual and reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs35, Rs38,000.00 per month
