Job title: Social Media & Content Creator

Key responsibilities

  • Create, publish and schedule social media posts across owned channels.
  • Produce short-form videos and edit content for social feeds.
  • Design social assets using AI tools (Canva/GenAI tools) and traditional graphic tools.
  • Work with Marketing / Campaign owners to convert briefs into creative posts and video scripts.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and asset library.
  • Respond to comments/messages or escalate to community/CS as required.
  • Ensure all content follows brand, legal and quality guidelines.

Skills & tools

  • Strong writing skills for short social captions.
  • Video editing; Basic: CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Familiarity with AI image/poster tools (e.g., Canva's AI tools, Midjourney/other generative tools etc.)
  • Basic analytics literacy (Facebook/IG Insights, LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics basics).
  • Creative thinking, strong visual sense and good time-management.

Experience & education

  • Bachelor's in Management, Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Media, or related.
  • 06 months to 01 year of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs75,000.00 per month
