Role Overview

The
Junior Social Media Accounts Handler
will support Techionik's online presence across multiple social media platforms, as well as manage social media for our clients. The role includes creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, analyzing performance, and assisting in social media campaigns.

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn digital marketing strategies while contributing to the company's brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content (text, images, videos, reels) for social media platforms.


• Monitor company pages, respond to comments/messages, and maintain positive engagement with the audience.


• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, followers) to evaluate content effectiveness.


• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.


• Research industry trends, competitors, and social media best practices to suggest improvements.


• Support in running paid campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.


• Assist in preparing monthly reports on social media performance and growth.


• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, posts, and engagement activities.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).


• 0–1 year of relevant experience in social media management (internships/freelance projects will be considered).


• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).


• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus.


• Strong creative writing and communication skills.


• Ability to follow guidelines, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
