The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for daily operations and content strategy across major social media platforms. Creates the content calendar, collaborates with designers and creators, and schedules all posts. Responsible for community engagement and analyzing performance to drive growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Build and maintain a monthly content calendar for all brands.

· Work with the designer to get creatives made according to the calendar.

· Plan the overall visual flow and aesthetic of each brand's social media grid/feed.

· Post and schedule content (posts, reels, stories, shorts) using Meta Business Suite or similar tools.

· Respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions promptly and professionally.

· Track engagement and work towards improvements to drive reach and growth.

· Collaborate with in-house creators, guide them on the type, theme, and direction of content needed.

· Brainstorm ideas for short-form videos, trending sounds, and campaigns across TikTok and Instagram Reels.

· Ensure all content is delivered and uploaded on schedule.

· Coordinate during outdoor shoots and production days.(will be a plus point)

· Help plan shot lists, brief creators, and ensure content meets campaign objectives. (will be a plus point)

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.

· 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management, content planning & digital coordination.

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

· Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, storytelling, and aesthetics.

· Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills.

· Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok content tools.

· Experience assisting in video or photo production shoots is a plus.
