SN Dates is a premier producer and distributor of high-quality dates, recognized for our commitment to excellence across both local and international markets. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to strengthen client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure smooth coordination from sourcing to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
- Conduct engaging product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and in-store activations as required.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience (preferably within the food or FMCG industry).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel locally when required.
