About the Role:

This position is part of the Technology Implementation team, responsible for the end-to-end execution of Data Center Power Infrastructure and RAN Power Rollout projects across the network. The role demands strong expertise in power system engineering, site implementation, and project management, ensuring timely, safe, and quality-driven rollout of power solutions for telecom and data center facilities. The individual will serve as a technical lead for power implementation teams and act as a bridge between engineering, planning, vendors, and project management stakeholders to ensure project excellence and compliance with standards.

Your Impactful Goals Will Include:

• Lead and manage the implementation of Data Center Power and RAN Power Rollout projects in line with approved designs, timelines, and HSE standards.
• Oversee deployment of DC power systems, rectifiers, battery banks, UPS systems, AC distribution, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure material readiness, resource alignment, and vendor coordination to prevent execution delays.
• Drive issue resolution during installation, commissioning, and post-deployment phases with minimal operational impact.
• Validate installations through site acceptance testing, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Support power optimization initiatives, energy efficiency programs, and hybrid/renewable power solution integrations.

Your Typical Day Will Look Like:

• Reviewing power system design packages, project scopes, and site implementation plans with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitoring progress of installation, testing, and commissioning activities at RAN sites and Data Centers.
• Supervising or coordinating the installation of rectifiers, power panels, DCDBs, batteries, UPS units, and grounding systems.
• Coordinating with Operations and Energy teams for cutovers, alarms clearance, and power quality verification.
• Preparing and maintaining daily progress reports, HSE checklists, and as-built documentation.
• Participating in project review meetings, ensuring deliverables are aligned with contractual and technical requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Telecom, or Power Engineering.

Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center Power Infrastructure and RAN Power Rollout projects.

Certifications:

• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
• CDCP (preferred)
• HSE / Electrical Safety certifications (advantageous)

Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas:

• Strong understanding of DC and AC power systems, rectifiers, battery banks, UPS systems, and solar or hybrid power solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Data Center power design, deployment, and commissioning.
• Familiarity with RAN site power upgrade programs and energy-efficient rollout solutions.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and field teams under strict timelines.
• Knowledge of project management and reporting tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Ability to interpret single-line diagrams (SLDs), HLD/LLD drawings, and implementation checklists.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
