We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of culinary techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management, with a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all kitchen operations.
  • Plan, develop, and execute innovative and high-quality menus.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency and standards.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage inventory, food costing, and supplier coordination.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Chef or Head Chef.
  • Expertise in multi-cuisine or specialty cuisine (Desi, Continental, Chinese, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of kitchen budgeting, food safety, and hygiene practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs150,000.00 per month
