Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi Division for a Training Specialist. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, creating instructional materials, and ensuring staff are well-prepared to provide excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and working closely with team members to identify training needs and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary & Medicine DVM preferred

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Experience in Training & Development and conducting Training sessions
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • A background in veterinary services or healthcare is preferred
