Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi Division for a Training and Development Officer. The role involves conducting training needs analysis, developing and implementing training programs, managing learning resources, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Daily tasks include designing training materials, coordinating training sessions, and tracking employee performance improvements.

Requirement

  • Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis and Training & Development
  • Experience in Training and Development almost 2 to 3 years
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Learning Management
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Only training and development specialist will be considerable.
