In addition to managing a team of five sales professionals, the specialist will play a crucial role in market analysis and reporting to inform strategic sales decisions that align with the company's mission to deliver excellence in wellness equipment. The Sales Specialist will engage directly with customers to identify their needs and present tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes. The role demands a proactive individual who can balance closing individual deals with fostering sustained growth in key accounts. By leveraging expertise in health and wellness equipment sales management, the specialist will contribute to the broader Synergy Technologies sales objectives, supporting innovation within the sector. Team leadership responsibilities include mentoring, performance management, and coordinating sales activities to maximize productivity and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of five sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets in the health and wellness equipment sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies using consultative and solution selling approaches tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business requirements and offering relevant wellness equipment solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new sales opportunities, monitor industry trends, and prepare detailed sales reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demand.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, provide training and support to team members, and continuously improve sales processes.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, competitors, and changes in customer preferences to proactively adjust sales tactics.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Synergy Technologies' products and brand presence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations in all sales activities.
