About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who knows how to turn conversations into clients.

This role focuses on lead qualification, follow-up, and conversion. You'll connect with business owners and decision-makers, understand their needs, and convert qualified opportunities for our enterprise and automation-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads through email, LinkedIn, and calls.

  • Qualify prospects based on their interest, budget, and requirements.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and recommend the right system solutions.

  • Convert qualified leads into booked demos, proposals, or closed deals.

  • Manage the sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and maintain CRM accuracy.

  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align outreach with solution offerings.

  • Communicate clearly with clients to build trust and handle objections confidently.

  • Report daily progress and maintain conversion metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, lead conversion, or client acquisition.

  • Proven record of converting leads into paying clients or booked meetings.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written English).

  • Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, etc.).

  • Understanding of enterprise systems, ERP, AI, or automation tools is an advantage.

  • Comfortable communicating with GCC-based clients via email and virtual calls.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
