About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who knows how to turn conversations into clients.
This role focuses on lead qualification, follow-up, and conversion. You'll connect with business owners and decision-makers, understand their needs, and convert qualified opportunities for our enterprise and automation-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound leads through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
Qualify prospects based on their interest, budget, and requirements.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and recommend the right system solutions.
Convert qualified leads into booked demos, proposals, or closed deals.
Manage the sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and maintain CRM accuracy.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align outreach with solution offerings.
Communicate clearly with clients to build trust and handle objections confidently.
Report daily progress and maintain conversion metrics.
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, lead conversion, or client acquisition.
Proven record of converting leads into paying clients or booked meetings.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written English).
Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, etc.).
Understanding of enterprise systems, ERP, AI, or automation tools is an advantage.
Comfortable communicating with GCC-based clients via email and virtual calls.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
