Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible, dynamic, and experienced Petrol Pump Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fuel station. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, sound knowledge of petroleum retail operations, excellent customer service orientation, and the ability to manage staff, stock, and financial transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise all daily operations of the petrol pump, including fuel sales, cash handling, and customer service.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

· Monitor fuel stock levels, order replenishments, and maintain accurate inventory records.

· Manage and train staff, assign duties, and ensure discipline and punctuality.

· Prepare daily sales reports, cash statements, and reconcile accounts with finance.

· Oversee maintenance of dispensing units, generators, and other equipment.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure service excellence.

· Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and head office for smooth operations.

· Implement loss prevention measures to control pilferage or fuel variance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field).

· 3–5 years of experience in petrol pump/fuel station operations or retail management.

· Strong knowledge of fuel handling, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices, and POS systems.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage staff and operations in shifts.

· Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
