About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive
Sales Closer
to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and confidently presenting solutions that align with company offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm leads and prospects provided by the sales team.
- Conduct discovery calls and client consultations to understand their requirements.
- Present company services and value propositions in a compelling and professional manner.
- Handle client objections confidently and negotiate terms effectively.
- Close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to optimize conversions.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years
of experience in sales closing, preferably for international clients (US, Canada, or UK markets). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confident in handling high-ticket clients and closing over the phone or Zoom.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) is a plus.
