About Us:

We are a growing call centre operation in Lahore supporting UK-based legal clients. Our team of 30+ professionals provides specialized support in the law sector, and we are now looking to strengthen our marketing function with an experienced Google Ads and Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive measurable growth and lead generation.

Position Overview:

The Google, Facebook Ads and Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns—primarily on Google Ads—to generate qualified leads for our UK legal clients. The role demands a data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on campaign management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube) targeting UK audiences.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid optimization to maximize ROI.

  • Develop and manage landing pages and conversion funnels to improve campaign performance.

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Collaborate with management and the sales team to align marketing goals with business objectives.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.

  • Manage A/B testing, conversion tracking, and analytics setup (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).

  • Recommend and implement growth strategies for better lead quality and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns for UK or international clients.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and keyword planning tools.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

  • Experience with social media paid ads (Facebook, LinkedIn) is a plus.
