Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). If you have a proven track record of creating and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for multiple clients.

  • Conduct keyword research and develop effective targeting strategies for paid search and social media ads.

  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and implement strategies to improve ROI.

  • Create compelling ad copy and design strategies that resonate with target audiences.

  • Set up and monitor ad budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.

  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure ad copy aligns with brand goals.

  • Stay current with trends, tools, and updates in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of Google Ads tools (Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics) and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Proven success in optimizing ad spend for maximum performance and ROI.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset to generate impactful ad content.
