Production Manager
to lead and oversee the production of our
Pret Category
. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, high-quality standards, and timely delivery of collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end production for the Pret wear category, from fabric sourcing to final finishing.
  • Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate closely with design, merchandising, and quality assurance teams.
  • Oversee sampling, pattern-making, stitching, finishing, and packaging.
  • Ensure product quality and finishing align with brand standards.
  • Optimize resources to control costs while maintaining efficiency.
  • Supervise production teams and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
  • Maintain vendor and supplier relationships for timely procurement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Production, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in apparel production (preferably women's Pret wear).
  • Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, and garment construction.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
