We are seeking a skilled Production Manager specializing in towels and textile manufacturing to lead a team of Productions. The ideal candidate possesses at least seven years of experience and demonstrates expertise in planning, lean manufacturing, quality control, and textile production processes. This role demands strong workforce management abilities, budget oversight, and commitment to health and safety compliance. The candidate must be under 42 years of age and have a proven track record in continuous improvement techniques within textile manufacturing environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Textile Engineering or Business Administration (Textiles specialization preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of towel manufacturing processes.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role handling large-scale production lines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems for production planning & tracking etc.
  • Sound knowledge of lean manufacturing, waste control, and cost reduction practices, budget management etc.
  • Understanding of machine operations (looms, dyeing machines, stitching machines etc.)
  • Excellent production planning, capacity management, and resource allocation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight shipment deadlines..
  • Candidates who live nearby Maymar or scheme 33 shall be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120, Rs150,000.00 per month
