Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing patients in the Wards/ICU, including ventilator management and advanced life support procedures.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Conducting medical assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and prescribing appropriate treatments.
- Ensuring compliance with medical and healthcare standards, guidelines, and protocols.
- Participating in continuous medical education and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in critical care medicine.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBBS with Valid PMDC license and registration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in critical care medicine, preferably in an ICU setting.
- Expertise in critical care procedures such as mechanical ventilation, central venous catheterization, arterial line insertion, lumbar puncture etc.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and managing life-threatening conditions.
- Familiarity with ICU equipment and monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
