Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Amazon Specialist A2Z Category, located in the Lahore District. The

Amazon Specialist will manage product categories, analyze sales data, facilitate communication between

stakeholders, handle contract negotiations, and manage procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities: Account & Store Management

  1. Manage Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central accounts end-to-end.

  2. Monitor account health and performance metrics, and resolve compliance or suspension issues.

  3. Oversee daily operations, order management, and customer communications.

Product Research & Listing Optimization

  1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential products.

  2. Create, optimize, and manage product listings with strong SEO-based titles, descriptions, bullet points,

and keywords.

  1. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and category requirements.

Advertising, Marketing & Branding

  1. Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, etc.).

  2. Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, and other KPIs to maximize ad efficiency.

  3. Develop and execute promotional strategies, including deals, coupons, and A+ content.

  4. Manage social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive

external traffic to Amazon listings.

  1. Create content calendars, ads, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness and

conversions.

  1. Coordinate integrated marketing strategies combining Amazon Ads and social media ads for maximum ROI.

Inventory & Supply Chain

  1. Manage FBA and FBM inventory, replenishment planning, and demand forecasting.

  2. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouses to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

  3. Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  1. Use Amazon reports, Brand Analytics, and third-party tools to track sales, conversions, and 2.

performance.

  1. Provide weekly and monthly business reports with actionable insights.

  2. Continuously analyze competitor strategies and market trends.

Customer Experience & Compliance

  1. Manage customer reviews, feedback, and support to maintain high ratings.

  2. Resolve claims, returns, and disputes in line with Amazon's policies.

  3. Ensure compliance with category restrictions, intellectual property rules, and brand registry

requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Proven experience (2–5+ years) managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.

  2. Strong knowledge of Amazon A2Z operations (product research to fulfillment).

  3. Expertise in Amazon PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and analytics tools.

  4. Proficiency in keyword research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, etc.).

  5. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  6. Familiarity with e-commerce trends, digital marketing, and SEO.

  7. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in brand registry and trademark/intellectual property protection.

  2. Knowledge of international marketplaces (Amazon UK, EU, UAE, etc.).

  3. Ability to scale businesses with a proven track record of sales growth.
