Qualification : Graduate, (MBA in supply chain preferred).

Experience: Minimum 0f 5 Years in organized sector, preferably in Logistic company.

Computer Skills : MS office (EXECEL), Power Point Presentation and email communication. Capability to understand and run company ERP software.

Ability : Team Player, good in English communication (writing, reading & speaking), & presentation skills.

Language : Can easily communicate in English, Urdu or native language.

Age : Years.

Gender : Male.

Position : 1 No (Immediate)

Location : Karachi (Gulbai, SITE Area)

Working days : 06 days per week.

Salary : 100k-110k

Main Job Description:

§ Supervise the staff of the department to ensure that work is carried out to the required standards.

§ Support in the development and maintenance of new systems and procedures to assist managers and staff in complying with financial regulations and meeting their objectives.

§ Ensure that total freight due from customers is correctly processed and accounted for. Verify total freight amount in trip statements, wherever necessary, calculate total freight amount and give to IT department for data entry.

§ Recommend head office about GulBai freight share for new customers or new routes of existing customers.

§ Maintain customer wise "Rate per Kilometer". Update the rates on any changes for instance, on change of diesel prices.

§ Check trip statements in all aspects, identify errors and take any necessary corrective action. Identify losses in trips and mileage differences. Sign/initial at "Checked By" and send to director for approval.

§ Send supporting documents to IT department for making vouchers. Thoroughly check completed vouchers, identify errors and take any necessary corrective action. Sign at "Checked By" and send to director for approval.

§ Authorize "Parts Details/Bills" and "Service Details/Bills".

§ Check and approve drivers' trips statements which were manually prepared by accounts assistant.

§ Promote and build good working relationships with all parts of the company, providing advice and assistance to all staff on any aspect of financial or accounting processes and procedures.

§ Any other assignments given by GM/directors time to time.

Pay: Rs100, Rs110,000.00 per month
