Overview:

Binary Ops Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Salesforce CRM Implementation Specialist to lead a major CRM deployment project for our sister charity, Forgotten Women. This role is key to delivering a fully integrated Salesforce solution to manage donors, volunteers, fundraising, finance, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full Salesforce CRM implementation tailored for a non-profit setup.
  • Integrate Salesforce with platforms like Stripe, WordPress, Xero, Twilio, and calling systems.
  • Build custom dashboards, donor/volunteer profiles, reporting tools, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and implement risk management features including donor background checks.
  • Provide system training, documentation, and ongoing support for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Salesforce CRM solutions (preferably in the non-profit sector).
  • Strong understanding of CRM data modeling, workflows, automation, and third-party integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, donor segmentation, and financial reconciliation.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
