We are seeking a Senior Technical and Research Content Writer with exceptional writing skills and a firm grasp of technical writing principles. Proven experience in creating content for software and applications is essential.

This role requires in-depth research, original thinking, a clear and approachable writing style, and an impeccable command of grammar. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing content that is human, relatable, and easy to follow, while maintaining the technical precision needed to explain complex concepts clearly.

Job Description

  • Develop clear, concise, and engaging technical content, including articles, blog posts, user guides, and documentation.
  • Conduct thorough research on technical subjects, ensuring the use of accurate, relevant, and credible sources.
  • Review and edit both your own work and that of others to maintain clarity, grammatical accuracy, stylistic consistency, and technical precision.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and validate technical information.
  • Quickly grasp new technologies and concepts, translating them into accessible and understandable content for diverse audiences.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all content aligns with the company's objectives, brand voice, and target audience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation or a related field.
  • Near native-level English writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Passion for content creation and a desire to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating content skills across various formats.
