About the Role

We are hiring a talented Dialogue Writer who can write natural, engaging conversations in Urdu, English, and Urdu-English mix. Your work will directly shape the personality and quality of a new generation of conversational applications.

You don't need to be technical. You just need to be a world-class writer who can create believable dialogues, switch naturally between Urdu and English, and write in many tones (friendly, supportive, humorous, rational, emotional, spiritual, etc.).

Our technical team will guide you with simple instructions (e.g., how to mark emotions, pauses, or step-by-step reasoning). Your focus is purely on creative, high-quality writing.

Responsibilities

• Write multi-turn dialogues (back-and-forth conversations, 4–10 turns).
• Create dialogues in Urdu, English, and blended Urdu-English with natural flow.
• Write conversations that reflect real emotions, cultural nuances, and everyday situations.
• Produce some reasoning-style dialogues (showing step-by-step thinking, explained simply).
• Work with our engineers, who will give you easy-to-follow guidelines for marking emotions (like whisper, laugh, sigh).
• Maintain consistent quality while producing a steady volume of dialogues each week.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills in both Urdu and English.
• Ability to write natural bilingual dialogues that feel authentic to everyday conversations.
• Creativity to cover diverse topics: daily life, problem-solving, relationships, education, personal reflections.
• Proven experience in writing (scripts, stories, dialogues, plays, advertising, or creative content).
• Discipline to write consistently at high quality.

Nice to Have

• Experience in educational content, tutoring, or scriptwriting.
• Knowledge of how people speak in Pakistani/Desi culture, with natural idioms and expressions.
• Ability to vary tone: light, serious, empathetic, humorous, etc.

آپ کو کسی ٹیکنیکل مہارت کی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔ بس ایک بہترین مکالمہ نگار ہونا ضروری ہے جو حقیقت سے قریب، دل کو چھونے والے مکالمے لکھ سکے، جو کبھی اردو میں ہوں، کبھی انگلش میں، اور کبھی دونوں زبانوں کے ملاپ میں۔ آپ کو مختلف لہجوں میں لکھنا آنا چاہیے — دوستانہ، مددگار، مزاحیہ، سنجیدہ، جذباتی، روحانی وغیرہ۔

ذمہ داریاں

• ملٹی ٹرن مکالمے لکھنا (آگے پیچھے بات چیت، 4 سے 10 جملوں پر مشتمل)۔
• اردو، انگلش، اور اردو-انگلش مکس میں روانی کے ساتھ مکالمے تخلیق کرنا۔
• ایسے مکالمے لکھنا جو حقیقی جذبات، ثقافتی نزاکتیں اور روزمرہ کی زندگی کی عکاسی کریں۔
• کچھ مکالمے ایسے لکھنا جن میں سوچنے کا عمل قدم بہ قدم دکھایا گیا ہو (Reasoning / Chain of Thought)۔
• ہماری ٹیم کی آسان ہدایات کے مطابق جذبات یا تاثرات شامل کرنا (مثلاً سرگوشی، ہنسی، آہ بھَرنا)۔
• مستقل بنیاد پر معیاری مکالمے لکھنا اور مقررہ وقت پر جمع کروانا۔

اہلیت

• اردو اور انگلش دونوں میں عمدہ تحریری صلاحیت۔
• دو لسانی مکالمے لکھنے کی صلاحیت جو روزمرہ کی گفتگو کی طرح قدرتی محسوس ہوں۔
• تخلیقی سوچ اور مختلف موضوعات پر لکھنے کی اہلیت: روزمرہ زندگی، مسائل کا حل، تعلقات، تعلیم، ذاتی احساسات۔
• اسکرپٹ رائٹنگ، کہانیاں، ڈرامے یا مکالمہ نگاری میں سابقہ تجربہ۔
• نظم و ضبط اور اعلیٰ معیار کو برقرار رکھتے ہوئے مستقل لکھنے کی صلاحیت۔

اضافی خوبی (Nice to Have)

• تعلیمی یا تدریسی مواد لکھنے کا تجربہ۔
• پاکستانی/دیسی ثقافت، محاورات اور روزمرہ بول چال سے واقفیت۔
• مختلف لہجوں اور انداز میں لکھنے کی صلاحیت (ہلکا پھلکا، سنجیدہ، ہمدرد، مزاحیہ وغیرہ)۔

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
