Job Title: Urdu Call Center Agent (Digital Marketing Experience)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a bilingual (Urdu & English) Call Center Agent with experience in Digital Marketing to join our team.

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll handle inbound & outbound calls, provide top-notch customer service, and leverage your digital marketing expertise to promote our products/services.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or chat- Provide product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

  • Utilize digital marketing knowledge to promote products/services, offer solutions, and upsell/cross-sell

  • Manage social media interactions, responding to customer queries and comments

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to resolve customer issues

  • Meet sales targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and quality standards

  • Stay updated on products/services, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in call center/customer service role

  • Digital marketing experience (social media, email marketing, content creation)

  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu & English

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets and deadlines

  • Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, and digital marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)

  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or paid advertising (Facebook, Google Ads)
