About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud/DevOps Engineer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and automating scalable cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and reliability of systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and reliability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
  • Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment processes and system integration.
  • Manage version control workflows (Git) and maintain infrastructure documentation.
  • Ensure system security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and provide 24/7 support as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Cloud and DevOps roles.
  • Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Bash, Python, or Shell).
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (VPC, DNS, VPN, Load balancers, Firewalls).

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

  • Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or similar.
  • Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
  • Knowledge of security best practices (IAM, secrets management, compliance standards).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
