Since 1996, we have helped a lot of small and medium organizations grow. We have operations in the US as well as Pakistan. For our Pakistan office, we are on the lookout for an ambitious candidate to join our team as a Data Operator

What you'll be doing?

  • Accurately and efficiently perform repetitive data entry and manipulation tasks
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data through regular data cleaning and validation
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand their data needs and provide accurate and timely data reports
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data management processes and industry best practices
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports in Microsoft Excel
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data

Must-Have:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • 0-1 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or relevant field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in creating spreadsheets, charts, and pivot tables
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical team members and clients
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve data-related issues quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data
