Job Title: Female Marketing Manager (Required in Tiles/Ceramic Sector)

Location: Lahore

Experience Required: 3–7 years (Tiles / Building Material / Interior Design / Construction sector preferred)

Qualification: MBA / BBA in Marketing or related field

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Female Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives in the tiles sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site visits, client engagement, social media management, brand promotion, and customer feedback analysis to drive sales and strengthen the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote tiles and related products.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
  • Create and manage marketing materials (brochures, videos, catalogs, etc.).

2. Site Visits & Client Interaction

  • Visit dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and interior designers to promote products.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence from field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

3. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and update company social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor online campaigns, analyze performance, and report insights.

4. Customer Feedback & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Coordinate with the sales and design team to address customer concerns.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.

5. Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams for customized client requirements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitor products and market trends.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing within the tiles / ceramics / construction / building material industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to travel extensively for client visits and promotions.
  • Creative, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
