About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
 with a strong foundation in React and Python/FastAPI, combined with hands-on expertise in Generative AI and modern AI/ML application development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and deploying scalable, production-grade systems and guiding engineering teams in delivering innovative, client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize scalable full-stack applications using 
    React (frontend)
     and 
    Python/FastAPI (backend)
    .
  • Architect, develop, and deploy 
    production-grade APIs and microservices
    .
  • Integrate 
    LangChain, RAG pipelines, LLM APIs, and advanced Generative AI techniques
     into real-world applications.
  • Implement and manage 
    vector databases
     (Milvus, Pinecone, PgVector, ChromaDB, etc.).
  • Work on 
    AI/ML model integration and serving
     for embedding models and enterprise-level LLM use cases.
  • Design secure, reliable systems with 
    OAuth2, JWT, and robust access controls
    .
  • Manage databases across 
    SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
     and 
    NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis)
    .
  • Deploy and manage infrastructure using 
    AWS services
     (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS) and containerization with Docker.
  • Collaborate with enterprise clients, ensuring requirements are translated into high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams, setting standards for clean, modular, and maintainable code.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years
     of full-stack development experience with React and Python/FastAPI.
  • Strong expertise in the 
    React ecosystem
     (hooks, state management, modular components).
  • Proven experience building 
    AI-powered applications
     for enterprise clients.
  • Hands-on experience with 
    LangChain, Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
    .
  • Proficiency with 
    vector databases
     (Milvus, Pinecone, PgVector, ChromaDB).
  • Solid background in 
    SQL and NoSQL databases
    .
  • Skilled in 
    AWS cloud services
     and Docker-based deployments.
  • Deep understanding of 
    AI/ML integration and scaling LLM deployments
    .
  • Strong grasp of 
    security best practices
     (OAuth2, JWT, access control).
  • Excellent communication skills with 
    client-facing consulting experience
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to 
    lead teams and deliver complex projects
     on time.
