About the Role

We are seeking a
System Integrations Expert
to lead enterprise-wide data and application interoperability initiatives across our digital ecosystem. This pivotal role supports our
digital transformation journey
, including the
Plant Data Management (PDM)
program — ensuring seamless integration across upstream and downstream operations.

As the System Integrations Expert, you will drive the
evaluation, deployment, and governance
of integration frameworks connecting legacy systems, cloud services, and industrial platforms — aligning all efforts with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity standards, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate
  technical proposals
  for the PDM project, assessing bidders based on competency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment.
• Lead the
  implementation and deployment
  of the PDM integration setup in collaboration with implementation partners.
• Ensure seamless integration of systems including
  SAP S/4HANA
  ,
  Microsoft SharePoint (Online & On-Prem)
  ,
  .NET-based applications
  , and industrial systems such as
  RTDB, PDMS, and CIMS
  .
• Oversee the
  decommissioning of legacy middleware
  (e.g., BizTalk) and implement modern integration layers aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Lead
  data migration, mapping, and governance
  activities to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Apply
  AI/ML techniques
  to enhance data validation, anomaly detection, and metadata enrichment in integration processes.
• Maintain comprehensive
  integration documentation
  including data flows, licensing implications, and migration strategies.
• Manage ongoing
  data integration operations
  and enforce governance across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
  alignment with business and technical requirements
  .
• Provide
  technical oversight
  during implementation, testing, and go-live phases to ensure integration stability and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in
Computer Science
,
Data Science
,
Information Technology
, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum
  7-8 years
  in
  system integration
  ,
  project management
  , and
  solution architecture
  within the
  oil & gas industry
  .
• Proven track record integrating complex enterprise systems —
  SAP
  ,
  SharePoint
  ,
  Plant and Real-Time Systems
  , and other enterprise platforms.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in
  AI-powered data migration
  and mapping tools (e.g.,
  Azure AI Services
  ).
• Deep knowledge of
  enterprise integration platforms
  : SAP CPI, Microsoft Power Platform, OPC, PI SDK.
• Experience with
  industrial protocols
  such as
  OPC-UA
  for real-time data exchange.
• Proficiency in
  API development
  ,
  ETL tools
  , and
  data synchronization
  methods.
• Strong programming skills in
  JavaScript, SQL, and Python
  .
• Experience with
  middleware
  and
  cloud-based integration frameworks
  (e.g., BizTalk).
