The Padel District is Islamabad's premier padel and pickleball facility, offering state-of-the-art courts, a vibrant courtside café, and a thriving community of racket sports enthusiasts. We host daily games, private bookings, corporate events, and competitive tournaments, all centered around delivering an exceptional sports experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sports complex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth facility operations, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, handling financial oversight, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Management

  • Ensure all courts, amenities, and common areas are operational, clean, and customer-ready.

Team Supervision

  • Oversee and schedule support staff (ballboys, cleaners, café coordination, etc.).

Customer Experience

  • Greet guests, resolve customer issues promptly, and ensure a seamless experience from check-in to game-end.

Court & Equipment Maintenance

  • Conduct regular checks on playing surfaces, lighting, and equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors for timely repairs or replacements.

Event Coordination

  • Support in planning and executing tournaments, corporate events, and special sessions.

Bookings & Scheduling

  • Oversee court bookings through our system.
  • Manage walk-ins and ensure smooth turnover between games.

Inventory & Supplies

  • Monitor stock of sports equipment, beverages, cleaning materials, and operational supplies.

Accounting & Financial Oversight

  • Track daily revenue from bookings, café sales, and events.
  • Manage petty cash and expenses.
  • Prepare weekly financial summaries and expense reports.
  • Coordinate with management on budgets, payroll, and vendor payments.

Reporting

  • Provide weekly reports to management on operations, finances, feedback, and improvement suggestions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in facility, hospitality, or operations management (sports facility experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Customer-first mindset with great communication skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge and comfort with financial reporting
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using booking systems, Excel, and communication tools
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sports management, or related field
  • Knowledge of racket sports (padel, pickleball, tennis) is a big plus
  • Experience handling events or large group coordination
