Job Description:

  • Maintain and manage the lead database ensuring accuracy and segment for effective targeting.
  • Understand clients' business goals and needs to align company offerings accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery to customers and present reports on customer account and debt collection.
  • Ability to develop Marketing Strategies (Promotions and Offers)
  • Site Audits and Documentation Compliance according to SOP
  • Analyse and interpret financial data as budget tracking and requests timely for approval.
  • Ability to arrange/source/procure/operate, troubleshoot, and perform routine repairs on a range of equipment and facilities.
  • Propose data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, product research and comparison, negotiation skills to find best solution for business.
  • Identify TAT Tracking according to department SOP and ensure all compliance are accomplished prompt.
  • · Strong analytical skills with ability to resolve queries related to IT and relevant software's required in the business.
  • · Proactively identify archival and dispatch documents digitally to the users on-time and update according to terms and conditions.
  • · Develop requirements and standards of procurement and tender business.
  • · Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and incoming invoices, incoming tickets, insurance status due and renewable tasks, and insurance status for the Business group.
  • · Collaborate with various departments for quotations and approval for timely debt collection and coordination with solicitation firms.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years' sales experience in Food & Beverage/FMCG industry/Telecom.
  • Experience in B2B & B2C tele sales.
  • Minimum Bachelor's in BBA or any relevant field.
  • Fluency in English speaking & writing.
