Role Description
The Product Specialist (Analytical Instruments) will be managing tasks related to introducing, promoting, and supporting analytical instruments for client industries while developing expert product knowledge. Responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, building relationships with clients, and driving sales objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of product specialization in analytical instruments specially Chromatography and familiarity with relevant technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills to understand technical specifications and interpret customer requirements effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting presentations, training sessions, and customer interaction.
- Proven experience in customer service and the ability to address inquiries and resolve client issues professionally.
- Sales experience and knowledge of sales techniques to meet revenue goals and establish a robust client portfolio.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred.
- 6-7 years experience in the sales of analytical instruments specially HPLC, GC, TOC and Elemental Analysers is required.
