Position: Virtual Receptionist

Location: Room 109, 1st Floor, Uni Tower, I.I Chandigarh Rd, Karachi, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-Time

Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM, 5 days a week (aligned with US business hours)Roles and

Salary: 50k to 100k (as per experience)

Responsibilities

• • Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• • Take detailed notes of each call. Including caller information, purpose of call, and any follow-up actions required.
• • Maintain accurate and organized records of all communications and activities.
• • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reminders as needed.
• • Track ongoing tasks, follow-ups, and client updates.
• • Communicate important information to the relevant team members promptly.
• • Manage email correspondence and relay messages efficiently.
• • Assist with other administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fluent English speaker with an American accent (11/10 proficiency required).
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Some call answering experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Certifications in customer service or call center operations are a plus.

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
