About the Role

Camden Health System is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Software Support & Implementation Officer
to join our operations team. The role involves assisting with software deployments, providing technical support to hospital clients, and ensuring the smooth implementation of systems. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and a solid understanding of software systems.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Support

  • Assist in software implementation, configuration, and go-live activities at client sites.
  • Conduct end-user training and ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Coordinate with the implementation manager to track project progress and deliverables.

Technical Support

  • Provide timely technical support and issue resolution to hospital and clinic clients.
  • Log, track, and close client tickets through the support management system.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues to the relevant departments when needed.

Client Coordination

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and reports for implementation and support activities.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams for bug fixes and feature updates.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and deployment activities.
  • Prepare daily or weekly status reports for management review.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in software support, implementation, or healthcare IT.
  • Understanding of software deployment, troubleshooting, and user training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with
    Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS)
    is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office / Google Workspace
    and basic understanding of
    SQL or database operations
    preferred.
