About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Social Media Specialist
with
4+ years of proven experience
in managing and optimizing
paid social media campaigns
. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise running campaigns across
Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Pinterest Ads
, with a strong understanding of audience targeting, ad optimization, and performance analytics.

This role will focus on driving growth, improving ROAS, and optimizing digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    paid social media campaigns
    on Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Manage full campaign lifecycles, including strategy, setup, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad formats, audiences, and placements.
  • Monitor campaigns daily to improve performance and maximize ROI.

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop platform-specific advertising strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities, trends, and best practices for scaling paid ads.
  • Build audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and reduce acquisition costs.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers and content creators to develop engaging, high-performing ad creatives.
  • Provide insights on what content performs best across each platform.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all ads.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversions).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Optimization & Growth

  • Continuously refine ad strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce costs.
  • Implement retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting.
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes, ad policies, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience
    in social media marketing, with a primary focus on paid ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in running paid campaigns on:
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • TikTok Ads
  • Snapchat Ads
  • Pinterest Ads
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and KPIs.
  • Experience in audience targeting, campaign optimization, and budget management.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with e-commerce, D2C, or lead-generation brands.
  • Knowledge of tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixel setup, UTM tagging).
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and funnel optimization.
  • Understanding of remarketing and multi-channel digital advertising.
