QuickBooks Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks expert to manage and oversee all our financial records and transactions. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and/or Online, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Prepare and file sales tax and other required tax documents.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any QuickBooks-related issues.
• Stay current with new QuickBooks features and accounting regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QuickBooks expert or in a similar accounting role.
• Expert-level proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and/or Online.
• Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., QuickBooks Certified User) are a plus.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
