About Us

We are an established e-commerce business seeking an experienced Walmart Marketplace Expert to manage and scale our Walmart online store. The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Walmart Seller Center, understands the platform's algorithms, policies, and tools, and can drive both sales and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities (Store Management & Setup)

  • Manage Walmart Seller Center account, ensuring compliance with platform policies
  • Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, keywords)
  • Create and manage categories, variations, and bundles
  • Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and stock availability

Marketing & Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and sales
  • Run and optimize Walmart Sponsored Products Ads and promotional campaigns
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities
  • Monitor key KPIs (traffic, conversions, sales ranking, advertising ROI)

Operations & Compliance

  • Handle order management, shipping, and returns processes
  • Maintain performance metrics (on-time shipping, cancellations, customer feedback)
  • Ensure compliance with Walmart policies to avoid penalties or suspensions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to listings, payments, or account health

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze sales, ad spend, and profitability
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Recommend strategies for growth and profitability improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace stores
  • Strong understanding of Walmart SEO, advertising, and algorithms
  • Proficiency with Walmart Seller Center and third-party tools (Helium 10, DataHawk, etc.)
  • Experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, and customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multichannel e-commerce (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.)
  • Knowledge of retail arbitrage, wholesale, or private label models
  • Familiarity with ERP, inventory, or accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
