Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Biller located in Lahore. The Medical Biller will be responsible for submitting and tracking insurance claims, resolving claim denials, posting payments, and managing accounts receivable. Daily tasks will include coding services, verifying patient insurance information, communicating with insurance companies, and ensuring compliance with billing policies and regulations. The role also involves maintaining accurate billing records and providing regular reports on billing activities.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of medical billing and coding, including CPT and ICD-10
  • Experience with revenue cycle management (RCM) and accounts receivable (A/R) follow-ups
  • Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Strong understanding of healthcare insurance policies and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Certification as a Medical Biller or Coder is a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is highly beneficial
