About Us:

Al Alwaan Foods, a renowned HACCP-certified corporate catering company is seeking the services of an MIS Officer / Data Entry Officer for their In-House Cooking Operations Facility located at Khy-e-Jami, Defence Phase-7, DHA.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our growing team. If you have a passion for accuracy, strong typing skills, and hands-on experience with Google Sheets & MS Excel, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems.
  • Manage and organize data in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
  • Use advanced Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, IF/ELSE, Pivot Tables, and others to prepare reports and analyze data.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Good typing speed with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets & MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel formulas/functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF/ELSE, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
