Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and market segments, especially on freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Research, bid, and secure projects that align with Binary Marvels' core services.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Engage with potential clients to build trust, understand their project requirements, and arrange follow-ups.
  • Maintain and optimize proposal templates for better conversion rates.
  • Ensure prompt and professional client communication, managing pre- and post-bid interactions.
  • Track, analyze, and improve bidding strategies based on key metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive, client-centered language.
